Job Description
Must be creative and detail oriented. Ability to create game graphics and UI designs through stunning designs. UI Designer will be responsible for user friendly user interfaces, user experience and interactive HUD elements of the game.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating wireframes, storyboards and UI flows to communicate user interaction and design ideas effectively
- Responsible for visualizing and creating UI and graphic right from conception stage
- Collaborate with the game designer, product managers and development team to define, design and implement in game graphics and UI designs
Essential Skills / Qualifications
- Strong ability to understand Game Design Documents
- Highly creative and self inspired approach
- Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to create wireframes and mockups
- self learning abilities
- Ability to produce clean and intuitive form of designs
- Deep understanding of user experience and ability to analyze and test usability
- Knowledge of latest UI trends
Software Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator (optional)
- Good grip on Wacom
Additional Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Must have experience of commercial game production
- Individual must be creative, detail-oriented, resourceful and should have ability to work under pressure
